2️⃣ Site Foreman (Civil Building Project) Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum of 2 years practical site experience in building construction Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site Coordinate labor, subcontractors, and materials effectively Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications Maintain high standards of safety and quality control Monitor progress and report to Project Manager Ensure proper use of construction equipment and tools Resolve site challenges efficiently Required Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team supervision skills Good understanding of construction drawings and technical documents Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures Ability to manage workforce and maintain discipline Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication skills Added Advantage: Experience in supervising multi-storey or large-scale building projects Ability to work extended hours when required BRECOL P.O.
