1️⃣ Quantity Surveyor (Civil Building Project) Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of 2 years proven experience in civil building projects Key Responsibilities: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents Conduct cost analysis and budget control for large construction projects Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare contract documents Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost efficiency Prepare interim valuations and final accounts Advise project management on contractual and commercial matters Ensure compliance with contractual terms and procurement procedures Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of construction materials and building regulations Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Excellent negotiation and analytical skills High level of integrity and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and reporting skills Added Advantage: Experience in managing high-rise or large commercial/residential building projects Membership or registration with a professional board will be an added advantage BRECOL P.O.
